Your order is shipped from Saline, Michigan. We ship daily Monday thru Friday. Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday will be shipped the next business day.
For USPS first class packages, please allow 5 business days. For orders being shipped to Canada, please allow up to 12 business days.
We recommend that during busy shipping times, such as winter holidays, you allow an extra week for delivery of your guards.

You may return or exchange your purchase, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving the order. Once the package is opened it cannot be returned.
We replace defective mouth guards at no charge provided you report the problem within 30 days of receiving the order.
